This is a special shout out to one of the up and comers here in SoCal. The guy have put in his time and it showed with a 1st place Co Angler award from Castaic Bass Club as well as the Big Fish for the year! In addition to his hard work at fishing Javier also takes time to paint some of the local fishing talent in his spare time. Great work Javier and Keep it in the BBZ!
