ONTARIO, Calif. (July 9, 2025) – FishLab Tackle proudly introduces the all-new Rattle Frog Pro Series for 2025—an advanced topwater frog design that builds upon the proven performance of the original Rattle Toad. Engineered from the ground up, the Rattle Frog Pro delivers louder sound, more aggressive action, and improved hookup performance—making it a must-have for anglers targeting trophy bass on the surface.
Taking cues from the success of its predecessor, the Rattle Frog Pro features a fully upgraded external rattle system—the loudest in its class. A strategically positioned, oversized rattle chamber mounted on the rear of the bait keeps it flat on the retrieve, helping fish more easily track the frog across thick vegetation and heavy scum lines. These external rattles not only increase sonic range to call fish from farther away but also enhance the frog’s walk-the-dog action with a more fluid and aggressive side-to-side motion.
The frog is finished with a full-length floating PVC leg skirt, featuring specialized strand material that remains on the surface when paused, creating a lifelike silhouette in the water. A redesigned hook system incorporates reinforced body strapping to prevent lateral flex during hooksets—boosting the hookup and landing ratio. The elevated hook position reduces the amount of body compression required to expose the hook points, while a soft, collapsible body enhances hook penetration on blowups—turning more strikes into fish in the boat.
