Veterans Day

World War 1, 1918, on the 11th hour, on the 11th day of the 11th month, Armistice Day was enacted with Germany. The anniversary of the end of World War 1 in 1954 would become a Federal Holiday, Veternas Day, honoring our military personnel, past and present.
