A picture emerged on FaceBook Friday afternoon of a monster striper caught Thursday afternoon on Bull Shoals Lake. From the same location where I caught my 50lbs 4oz striper last year. The fish was taken to the local hatchery where the fish was weighed on a certified scale. The giant line-side topped out at 65lbs and 2oz eclipsing the old record by over 4lbs. At this rate, Bull Shoals Lake maybe the next lake to produce a new freshwater world record...
