FBF: Are you a one trick pony? I sure hear a lot on people saying that they will ONLY use One Technique and Tool like a big baits, or just flip, maybe splitshot, or I only love to dropshot, no, I am going to drag a jig until my arms fall off. I would rather be versital in my tools and techniques and change to what the fish want to eat rather than me trying to force feed them what I want to throw at them. I like having my arms fall off holding butter ball bass at the end of the day rather than saying I never laid my jig rod down! Can you relate?

Georgia Rat Donkey: Coleman Cloud crushes an absolute monster on the SPRO BBZ -1 RAT! After Coleman bought a BBZ-1 RAT at the BassMasters Classic he was able to finally get on the water and the second trip was the charm. This 9# GA gem couldn't handle the sexy wake of his bait. Way to Keep it in the BBZ!

Best Of Times: Always take a moment and remember the past. Here is my good buddy Chris Poffenburger and I after a day on the pond with prototype handmade plastic bootails Chris designed. The key to the big fish that day, was we never felt a hit....the line just went slack. Way Back Wednesday: How about way cool Wednesday? Here is a pic from the late 90's after a day of fun fishing with a BASS Classic Champ, do you know his name? Answer is below. I have been very lucky to fish with some icons within this industry. From legends like Al Lindner, Roland Martin, Gary Klein, Shaw Grigsby to others that impacted my life with friendship and help like Scott Martin, Mike Jones, George Kramer, Jon Storm, Paul Prorok, Steve Quinn, Steve Pennaz, Spence Petros and my biggest fan in the world, My Dad. If you had a chance to fish with one guy for a day of fun, who would you choose? The next one on my list would be Bill Dance. By the way, that is Davy Hite with me in the pic above.

Here's a Transformation Tuesday for you. What boat did you start fishing in? In order, 14 aluminum with my dad, then a 9' Sea Eagle blow up. Then this one pictured is a 14' Terry, then a 19' Fisher and finally for the last 15 years my beloved BASSCAT!
